User names are the first part of your email address, before the @. They are generally your first initial and last name, first initial and middle initial and last name, or one of the two with a number at the end.

Your password is 6 to 12 characters in length and must contain a letter and a digit.
If you cannot remember your user name or password you may reset it at the following address:  https://www.edison.edu/portal/account

You may also go to the Technology Walk-In Clinic in Lee S-142 or the Registrar's office on any campus. You will need to verify your identity with your student id number (located on your student id card), a photo id, or your Social Security number.
You can change your password within the myEdison Portal by clicking on My Account on the top left of a myEdison Portal web page.
